Hi Members!
Were rapidly approaching the start of the season, and ideally members need to be registered ready for the season by 1st March to participate in club training and on ice activities, including all players and non-playing on ice coaches and assistants. This is to ensure that all required insurance requirements are covered.
Any junior players yet to confirm approval of Play Ups or Play Downs, and players participating in training as Development Players should register as Development Players. Registrations can be upgraded to Player registrations at any time after that once playing status is confirmed.
For parents of Junior’s who are eligible for Active Kids Vouchers, below is the advice from IHNSW how to use these vouchers to offset the costs of registration. These can also be used to offset training costs by contacting the club treasurer directly (
craig.air@stiffbreeze.com.au )
FROM IHNSW REGARD ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERSHello to all,
The NSW Government has launched a new Active Kids Voucher program. Those that are eligible can receive 2 x $50 vouchers. The voucher is now a QR code along with a number.
IHNSW can claim the voucher and provide $50 coupon for registration.
Process:Please have the parent email
eo@ihnsw.com.au the voucher direct to IHNSW. We do not require date of birth anymore, just the QR code voucher. We will then claim and reply with a coupon.
If the parent has already paid the registration, we can work with them to use the voucher in a different way, so ask them to get in touch.
Any questions, please ask. We have listed the new instructions on our website also.
